Bobby Ragan

Bobby (Bob) Earl Ragan was born on February 26, 1936 in Newport, AR to Earl and Inez (McGinnis) Ragan. Bob passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 76.

Bob married his 17 year old high school sweetheart Barbara Watson in 1956. They moved to Tulsa with one hundred dollars between them. They had three boys Bobby, John and Billy. Together they raised a family and developed a successful real estate business in Jenks, Oklahoma. They were married for 56 years forever partners in this life and the next. "So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." Matthew 19:6

Bob was a man of faith who studied the Bible daily; he was a man with an inquisitive mind. He was so intelligent, but had a humble spirit. His personality was one that made you feel warm and comforted and left you with a smile on your face. He was encouraging, loving and had a willingness to do what he could to help others. He was the person we all went to for advice and looked up to with admiration.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ragan, their three sons, Bobby Ragan Jr., of Jenks, OK, Bill Ragan, of Fayetteville, AR and John Ragan, of Tulsa, OK; two grandchildren, Taylor Rainey, and Bobby Andrew "Drew" Ragan, both of Jenks, OK.
