Bobby Crust

Bobby Marion Crust was born August 18, 1931 in Tulsa, OK to Marion William Thomas Crust and Lydia F. (Prantl) Crust and passed from this life on March 13, 2014 at the age of 82.

Bobby was proud of having served his country in the United States Navy and would be a lifelong patriot upon his honorable discharge. After retiring from a mechanic career Bobby loved gardening, smoking meat, cooking, politics and history. He most enjoyed his family, in particular the time spent with his grandsons.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bill Crust. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Gleva "Gayle" (Horesji) Crust; his son and daughter-in-law, M. Scott & Celia (Quiroz) Crust; his daughter, Lindy Hamilton and Max Thurman; and his four grandchildren, Robert, Rowdy, Rocky and Jonathan.

Bobby will lie in state 10-8 p.m. Monday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home and a graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
