Bobby Jack bolt was born on March 31, 1937 to Andrew J. and Edna Morris Bolt in Crescent, Oklahoma. He passed away on May 17, 2010 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Bobby was baptized in the Baptist Church at a young age. Bobby has lived in Tulsa, Okmulgee, and Henryetta before moving to Seminole Care and Rehab on October 17, 2001 in Seminole, Oklahoma. His special caregiver in Seminole was Brenda White. We, his family, are thankful for her dedication. Bobby is survived by his cousin, Phyllis Hale of Hinton, Oklahoma, Allan Hale and family of Cushing, Oklahoma and Carrie Hale Hughes and son of Claremore, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and A.J. Bolt, aunt and uncle, Bertha and Herman Carrier. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with Rev. Tom Branch, pastor of Bellview Baptist Church officiating.
