Ballard, Blossom Blen, 87, of Pharr, TX, passed away Friday, August 14, 2009 in McAllen, TX. Blossom was born on July 20, 1922 in Vera, OK to Robert and Mamie (Riley) Fellauer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Ballard in 2004. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Sawyer, of Coweta, OK, Caroline Snyder, of Clearwater, KS and Jenny Ramsey, of Sedgewick, KS; 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
