Billy Don Lockridge was born March 2, 1933 to David and Vashti June (Harrison) Lockridge in Collinsville, Oklahoma and passed from this life October 16, 2009 at the age of 76.
Upon graduation of high school Billy served in the U.S. Military, following an honorable discharge he worked for McDonnell Douglas as an aircraft parts expeditor.
Preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Dorothy Helen Lockridge Billy is survived by his daughters, Adrian Humphrey and Renette Davis; his sons, Billy D. Lockridge, Jr. and Donald Lockridge; his step-daughter, Debra Nelson; ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Billy will lie in state 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home with a funeral service being held 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. Johns A.M.E. church, 1845 N Peoria Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma with interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.
