Billy Evans-Richardson

Billy Louise (Creel) Evans-Richardson was born March 3, 1928 in Tulsa, OK to William “Bill” and Louise Creel. She passed from this life on January 21, 2020 at the age of 91.

Billy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne Evans; her son, Michael Pilgrim; her brother, Tom Creel; her sister, Boots; and her granddaughter, Erica Pilgrim. She is survived by her husband, Jack Richardson; her son and daughter-in-law, Anthony “Tony” & Tracy Richardson; her grandson, Tommy Pilgrim; her great grandchildren, Michael, Skylar and Samantha; and her great great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bransen, Ryder, Bentley and Salena.

Billy will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 29 at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home and her funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30 at Memorial Baptist Church, 2800 S. Yale Avenue. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery following.
