Beverly Carlile

Beverly M. Carlile, 66, of Edmond died peacefully at home Thursday morning May 17th after a long and valiant fight with cancer.

Bev was the longtime secretary at Immaculate Conception parish in Tulsa, and for the last several years served as a dedicated volunteer at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton school in Edmond.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn, and is survived by her children; Wiley Carlile, Kelly Allen and Scott Carlile; her brothers Don and Jim Fischer; her sister Karen Winkleman; and her grandchildren Taylor and Christopher Allen.

Visitation will be on Monday at Ninde Woodland Chapel, 5757 S. Memorial, Tulsa, OK from 10:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1717 S. 75th East Ave, Tulsa, OK. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Pius. Internment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Independence, KS at 2:00 p.m. A separate memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond, OK.

She will be deeply missed and long remembered by all for her love of friends and family, her great sense of humor, and her abounding generosity.

As a lifelong supporter of Catholic education, Bev has requested that you not send flowers. Donations may be made to the scholarship funds at either St. Pius X in Tulsa or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Edmond.
