Obituary
Betty June Boyd, was born on March 4, 1931 in St. Louis, MO to William W. Wilson and Marion (Decker) Wilson, affectionately known as Meme. Betty passed from this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 88. Betty was a longtime resident of Independence, KS, she recently moved to Tulsa to be near family.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Newt, parents and daughter Kathleen Sue (Katie). She is survived by her sister, Kathy and husband Don Brown of Houston, TX, brother, Bill and his wife Shirley Wilson of Tulsa, OK, sons, Phillip of Independence, KS, and Lincoln of Tulsa, OK.
Betty touched each of us in such a special way. We have always known the selfless love she had for all, including that place in her heart just for us. Her gentle spirit will live in each of us forever. We will miss her.
