Barbara Nell Wilburn
Obituary
Barbara Nell Wilburn was born on December 11, 1941 in Pryor, OK to Howard and Nella Alexander. Barbara passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the age of 73.
She married Ray H. Wilburn on November 25, 1960 in Tulsa, OK. Barbara and Ray were longtime members of Cedar Ridge Country Club and Desert Mountain Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ and owned a home there for 22 years. Barbara was an avid golfer with a low handicap and she was an Oklahoma State Golf Champion and Bowling Champion.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Mike Alexander. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, retired Tulsa attorney, Ray H. Wilburn of the home; her children, Rhett Wilburn, Rodney Wilburn and Amber Rae Spencer all of Tulsa; her brother, Jerry Alexander and sisters, Dianne Dunahay and Sherry Alexander and 4 grandchildren, Austin Ray Wilburn, Tanner Cole Wilburn, Alexander Robert Wilburn and Hunter Michael Spencer, all of Tulsa, OK.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Wednesday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Thursday Ninde Brookside Chapel followed by a private family committal at Calvary Cemetery.

I shall always remember Barbara's smile. When she had the hole in one at the Ridge Run it turned into a great big grin. I'm glad I was her guest that day. She will be missed.
