Barbara Manners

Barbara Lee (Belford) Manners was born May 21, 1924 in Beggs, OK to James Irwin and Ruth (Sanders) Belford. She passed from this life Sunday, June 3, 2007 at the age of 83. She was a graduate of Beggs High School and attended college in both Missouri and Oklahoma. She married Ted M. Manners in Independence, MO on November 16, 1957. Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Mullins in 2002. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ted, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Steve Jelley of Tulsa; son, Mark Manners of Broken Arrow, OK; and, two grandsons, Brendon and Garrett Jelley, both of Tulsa. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 6, 2007, Boston Avenue Methodist Church, Rose Chapel. Graveside committal will follow at 3:30 PM in Memorial Park Cemetery.
