Ann Patrice Garrett was born April 14, 1961 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to John Joseph and Alma (Chaney) Coleman. She passed from this life November 13, 2014 in Tulsa at the age of 53. Ann along with her mother, Alma, was co-owner of Answer Phone, an in-bound telephone call center in Tulsa.
Ann was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Steven Dismuke. She is survived by her husband, Tom Nedvidek; her mother, Alma Coleman; daughters, Kathryn and Ashley Garrett; brother, David Dismuke and; her sister, Helen Pals.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the St. James Presbyterian Church in Jenks, OK. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute in Ann’s memory to the Jenks Community Food Bank, P.O. Box 324, Jenks, OK 74037 or www.jenksfoodbank.org.
