Amy Elizabeth Smith

Amy Elizabeth Smith was born on June 18, 1965 in Detroit, MI to Clark Andrew, Jr. and Marcia (Ericson) Andrew. Amy passed from this life on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the age of 48.

Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Marcia Joan Andrew in 2013. She is survived by her husband, Dusty; her 2 daughters, Bailey Heldmar and Hannah Smith and a son, Peyton Smith, all of Tulsa, OK; her father, Clark Andrew, Jr., of Grove, OK; her sister, Vicki Stockwell, of Grove, OK and her brother, Clark Andrew III, of Tulsa, OK.
