Albert Passiglia

Albert F. Passiglia, 81, died March 9, 2010. He was born April 3, 1928 in Kansas City, MO. He was the third son to Charles Vincent and Noreene Agnes (O'Connor) Passiglia. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Patrick and Carl, son Lawrence Lee, and his soul mate and long-time companion Peggy Strait. He is survived by his daughters; Katherine Noreene Passiglia (companion Ivor Sloan), Karen Kay (Passiglia) Dunn (companion Kelly Riley), granddaughter; Starla Dawn Passiglia (husband Norman Kinglsey-Sauer), three nephews; Charles and John Passiglia, and David Stiles. Al was also "Pa" to Peggy' family; daughter, Cynthia Campbell (husband Raymond), son Michael Strait (wife Linda), Grandfather to Scarlett Young (husband Dale), and Wade Campbell and Nicole Frasier (husband Matt), and four Great Grandchildren. Al graduated in 1946 from Northeast High School in Kansas City, MO. He served in both the Navy (1948-50) and the Army (rank of Sergeant from 1950-52), he was a 53 year brother and Master Mason of the 32nd degree with the Masonic Delta Lodge #425. He was an Engraver and Printer by trade, working for the Inter-Collegiate Press in Kansas City, MO. After marrying Laura Robinson in 1952 he moved to Tulsa and worked for Scott Rice, Banknote Printing Co., and until his death worked for Fine Arts Engraving, Inc.; all of Tulsa. We will deeply miss you, but your family and many friends find comfort in knowing that you and Peggy are together forever.
