Ada Francis

Francis, Ada Mae, 82, born July 23, 1923, died January 26, 2006 in Oklahoma City, OK. One of seven children, Ada Mae was born to John H. Crawford, Sr. and Beatrice Head Crawford in Sapulpa, OK. She married Charles E. Francis, March 21, 1947. She is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home, Tulsa; children: Julia A. Francis, of Oklahoma City; Jeffrey C. Francis and wife, Martha, of Tulsa; grandchildren, Megan and Morgan, of Tulsa; brother, Ray Crawford, of Denver, CO; sister, Beatrice Voorhees, of Palos Verdes, CA. Ada Mae retired from Amoco in Tulsa after many years of faithful service as a "keypunch operator". She, along with her husband, were longtime members of Southminster Presbyterian Church, Tulsa. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 30th at Ninde Woodland Chapel with burial following at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Dr. Sam Haun, officiating.
